you can go to www.savage21.net. They let all the registered members get them, or you can do what everyone else does here.....Earn your stripes. I think it is good that not everyone has them, it makes them worth something.

I know FLATTOP was poking some fun at the whole thing, but I know that there are others here who really do want an avatar without earning it.

I like the whole earning the av thing but I think the post count to get it is quite high, especially for such a small site. Another site I have been a part of for years, DFWStangs.net has a post limit till you get an av but it is only 1000 posts and the site is alot bigger than this one so I could easily post 100 times in one day over there and it wasn't near as frustrating. I really like this site because of the size but in a lot of way I see it tailor to us (its members) like a site 3 or 4 times its size would. Anyway I am in no way trying to bash on this site but just some suggestions to the big man if he sees it.

Hey...I'm just making an observation. You inferred that my interactions in this thread were bash level. If that is a misunderstanding on my part, I'll shut my suck.

If your comments are directed at FLATTOP and his whining about the avatar, then yes, I see them all over and they are a bit tired. BUT you know FLATTOP, that's just him. If his behavior is a problem, PM him to stop, and I'm sure he will (at least on the avatar topic).

REGARDLESS, I'm leaving this topic alone from henceforth. I wouldn't want to get anyone's panties in a bunch over something so senseless as an avatar....
