Tnx...sut???

Alright guys here we go with another comparison, but I'm torn between these 2 racing trucks. I have heard good about both, actually great things about both, but they both seem to have te same bad points. The SUT and the TNX are hard to find, and parts are hard to find.

I plan on racing the truck that I get. There is only one class at our track for monster trucks and the SUT (truggy) is allowed to run. Which would be the better bang for the buck when it comes to durability and speed/tuneablilit.

Thanks guys.

are you willing to accept other trucks........ i say LST or savage 25

Yea I"m willing to accept other trucks, but here's the deal....LST too much money, savage I've never heard of anybody racing it or winning races with it, I'm sure it will come up, the revo I've seen it in action not bad for the price but it doesn't keep up with a Monster gt on my track.

Honestly I would go with the SUT from OFNA. Its a truggy and have seen it against a mammoth and is fast as hell.

Ofna just came out with there truggy recently, I think it's called the Blazer SUT or SST something like that.

well if they start banning truggys at ur track, or puttin them solely in the unlimited, not just big block or all-run.. somethin 2 think about. ofna has the dominator, GS racing builds the SUT

Well I actually saw the Hot Bodies Lightning Stadium Pro in person today and must say that thing is nice all the machined aluminum on it out of the box and it sits so low I just might have to look into one of them, even though at this point I am not a racer. You should seriously take a look at it, I think it is more than the LST right now, but it is really nice looking.

I'm not too worried about the banning of truggies because I'm one of the owners of the track. haha Thats why I said that before, so now its up to 4 instead of down to 2. uggggg

The main thing you have to think about is where are you going to get parts at if your going to race you dont want to have alot of down time looking for parts i know the lst is probably more but i dont know about your lhs but mine carries every part on the truck.....

Sorry there I meant the GS racing SUT and OFNA makes a conversion kit for the Ultra series and the H7 series buggies.

does anybody know where you can buy the blazer from ofna? I know tower has it, but tower is usually more expensive than every other place.

Sorry vb, Tower is the cheapest I have seen It. I think $400 right? It is a new truck though I think tower even says they dont get it till the end of this month, so maybe wait a little I know when the LST first came out it was $600 every where which is how much I paid but it seems like it can be found for less now by some people.

i have a dominator Maxx hybrid truggy. I decided to build this truck only cos i think it's the best truggy out there. The stock dominator is too narrow. Then i bought the hybrid bulkheads and installed the T-Maxx suspension. The truggy is light and all i have as powerplant is an old hyper 4-port on it. BUT oh boy if i blow the competition with it. I race against savages, MGTs, .21 and .18 T-Maxxes and it just eats them all up. My next upgrade is a ws 7 II or a picco .26. The hybrid is very tough. The SUT is nice but i don't like the idea that it has those wheel extenders. The mammoth is a nice truggy too but i doubt that you'd have the manouverability of the hyrbid. The only truggies which would match a DOM-Maxx would be the Jt Maxx hybrids BUT it would cost you over $2000 to build one.
