Back in the day they produced a Picco omega .21 engine I don't know it could be a Ofna Picco. I have pics posted of mine mounted in my old 2.5 Revo. Also had one mounted in a Tmaxx, they are some of the most powerful engines I have owned.

That one won't work irregardless as it needs a bump(starter) box to start it.
