Tmaxx won't move

ok so i have a T-maxx 2.5 w/reverse i fix it all up go her started she seems to be tuned well and everything i only have one problem it wont move lol its like its stuck in neutral at first i thought my brake was adjusted to tight but it was not thought i may have put a diff upside down but i didnt only other thing it could be that i know of is tranny. anyone else have this problem or know how to fix? or do i just need a new tranny?

Maybe adjust the slipper clutch? Sounds like it's too far out of whack to engage.

When you rev the engine, does the spur gear spin? Can you hold it back when the engine revs?

no it doesn't and i can hold the gear yes

If the spur gear has all its teeth and the mesh is good, then the problem is in your clutch bell. Take it off the front of the engine and see what went wrong.

try ur clutch those sometimes get worn smooth

well i didnt mess with my clutch shoes but i have a parts truck pulled its tranny and put it in. works great now...but when i took apart my old tranny nothing seemed to be wrong maybe it was just my shoes. oh well lol thanks for the help guys
