Mine does... even with those crappy stock tires that came on it.
 
ok i got aftermarket skidplates thats all tho i think i got the standard gearing to tho
 
My 2.5 max will wheelie pretty much on command especially on dry surface. It's totally stock
 
Out of the box, a 4910 2.5 maxx will do wheelies.....barely.

I have a 10 year old 4910 2.5 Tmaxx with a 2.5r engine installed in it. It will not pull a full wheelie but coming out of a corner will pull a front wheel off the ground these days.

Brand new out of the box 10 years ago it would lift the front end off the ground but just barely but I have it geared more for speed these days. Supposed if I were to drop a smaller clutch gear and larger spur gear into it again I could probably pull the whole front end off the ground but it would not stand up on end or flip over.
