Hi all this is my first post but I have been reading and lurking for a week or so. I am working on getting my first Nitro Car and a friend of mine is getting rid of his stuff and wants to know if I want it. Here is a list of stuff and please be honest. Should I purchase this from him?

TMAXX that he has had for about a year. It has XTM .21
conversion, XTM .247 motor that is still in box and Proline wide conversion arms and MIP CVDs. RPM two stage pistons with
40wt oil in aluminum Traxxas big bore shocks with red Associated springs.

I am also going to get his NOVAK recievers and Lynx 3d transmitter.

He wants 425 for it all. Does this sound reasonable?

thanks and I appreciate all your inputs. If you think there is a better deal out there please let me know.

I personally think that that is a very good deal. i have just putten an XTM .21 conversion kit in my truck which cost me $120.00, and then i also have an XTM 24.7 motor that cost me another $150. that there alone is almost $300. the big bore shocks are $60, and then the proline a-arms are also around $40-$50. also there are all the other things like the electronics and things like that but i dont know what those cost. but i think that u are getting a very good deal and i would do it if i were u!!
