What kind of tires would you reccomend for mainly driving on grass. Well all I drive on is grass.

I was just gonna make a tire thread too.
I use the stock T-Maxx 2.5 tires right now as you can see in my pic

What tires do you think are best for overall grass/gravel/dirt/road driving?
The stock dont seem all too bad... No troubles so far

I find the stock tires are too "paddley" and not "pointy" enough. they just spin instead of digging in and I would like them to grab a little more on the grass.

Beat you to it Jay3

Your right about the digging in part... The tires that are shown on the stock T-Maxx 3.3 seem quick riggid.

well thats not a monster truck tire but tread like that will give you awesome acceleration in grass. Proline maxx mulchers would do the trick

i have on mine some stock savage rims/tires and they work well for me. i pull wheelies in grass easily
but it seems on solid cement it gets alittle loose

So the stock savage tires would drop right in on the stock t-maxx rims/wheels?! Or will the entire stock savage wheel/tire screw right in without modifications?

Also, do those spikey mulchers perform better overall than the stock t-maxx 2.5 tires in all terrain types?

I have the Big Joe 40 series tires on my 3.3 maxx and they do very well on all surfaces, but low speed steering is almost null. They look great, but wider isn't always better. I also just bash, I don't race.

Does it hurt performance to bad when you change to larger tires.
