the steering on my 2.5 is really tight i have adjusted the pillow balls caps. it turns about a 1/4 of wat it used too. all the steering compenents are new except the servo. could it just be how new everything is?

did you think about trying a new servo? that is probably the problem. if that doesn't work get 3.3 bearing carriers, axles, and tie rods. all of them are a lot stronger and it will make your steering work so much better.

ok thanks. when i take the rod loose from the servo its hard to turn the wheels by pushing or pulling the rod. thats why i was wondering about the new stuff.

That wouldn't be your servo, but something that's binding. Check it all, and go over the pillow balls again to make sure none of the caps are too tight. If even ONE is a hair snug, it will put a real drag on your steering.

i had the turnbuckle so loose it was flopping around and it was still hard to turn. i think its the new parts. but it could very well be something binding
