Tmaxx problem

Been doin some work on my tmaxx got it all back together when I roll it it wont roll chrecked it out the front wheels will go forward but the rear wheels go backwards it's a 3.3 forward only no rreverse any help would really be appreciated Thank you

You have 1 of the diffs installed upside down.
Looking at the rear diff from the rear of the truck, the screw heads holding the diff housing together should be on the right side.
Looking at the front diff from the front of the truck, the screw heads should be on the right side.
