Tmaxx identity Please

Does anyone have an idea of what version of Maxx this is? its for sale on craigslist and I can't identify it, the guy says it is a Maxx still has box no dirt on the Rig and it is RTR. $100. I don't need another rig but will pick it up for that price. crappy pics btw
