Like everybody else I am having trouble shifting from forward into reverse. ESPECIALLY when I need it.... like if I can no longer move forward (crash ect)
Now stay w me here..... you know the ROD that atatches to the servo... that comands the tranny.... I curently have the spring on the rod set up so that they completely compress when I shift.......
So If I command reverse..... the servo moves..... completely compresses the spring..... and then the spring SHOULD actuate reverse.
Should i get a stiffer spring? Should I omit the spring? should I set is so the servo OVERPOWERS the spring?
If she aint running it shifts fine. But when its runnin gI tell it to shift.... the servo moves..... the rod TRIES to move....... then 5 or 10 seconds later IF I AM LUCKY the spring will power the rod enough to shift.
Input apreciated....... but I think I may just have to play w it.
