I just pulled my Tmaxx 3.3 out after it has been sitting for about a month. I noticed this last time I drove it to. At WOT the motor cuts out and will die unless I let of the gas. Runs great at about 1/2 to 3/4 throttle. Anybody had this problem before. I was going to change the fuel line, but I think something is clogged up. I tired tuning every which way and doesn't cure the problem. The motor temp was about 210 at most.

Your to lean with the info. you gave your are to lean don't richen it much mabye a 1/16 of a turn then drive it and see if it still does it, if it does then keep richening it until it stops.

This starts right from factory settings. Should I go richer from there?

If you're idling good, and the take off is good, but you can save it from dying by letting off the trigger at WOT, then your HSN is too rich. Start to lean it by 1/8 of a turn. Run it for a while and see if it feels better. If not, lean it again.
Always make sure you are over 200 before you start changing any settings.
