tmaxx 3.3 4x4 not working?

ok well i got my tmaxx working today but it seems almost like its only working in 2wd in the front, I do have a spun wheel in the back, could this be causing it to not perform properly? sorry if its a stupid question I'm new to this hobby

I'm not much of a rocket scientist,.....but ill have to agree with cwal on this one.

Check the diff. I have smoked two of them in the past three months. I am pretty hard on mine though.
