Tmaxx 2.5 problems

I have a tmaxx 2.5. It will not go into gear? Starts fine but runs for a bit then just "jerks forward. Going to check my idle and my tranny servo, as suggested by The Hulk. Any other suggestions

I had the same problem, it was like there was no gears in the gearbox, engine ran but did not move. I ended up using the foward only kit and now it works perfect, plus less weight and rotating mass.

Oh also check the clutch, some times the spring lets go. Hope this helps.

make sure none of your axles or drive shafts are not missing any parts. it might be your slipper clutch is to loose

If you still have reverse in the trany the "Bucking" is normal, just give it gas & it should go.
