I decided to upgrade my tmaxx tranny and this is the way I went:

TRAC4097 Traxxas Gear Hub Assembly T-Maxx

TRAC4103 Traxxas Primary Gears T-Maxx
TRAC9685 Traxxas Slipper Friction Pegs (12)
RRPC8538 Robinson Racing Steel 2nd Gear Only 38T 2.5 T-Maxx
TRAC4098 Traxxas Snap Rings 14mm T-Maxx (2)

I could've bought more aluminum but I decided to stop there. Later on I'll probably purchase the new spur gear/slipper setup and more steel gears. Is there anything else I could've purchased or do you think I'm good? Thanks again, Steve.

You should get the 2 small gears that go with 1st and 2nd.
