I got a revo and been driving it some today i shut it off after a while and when i went to crank it again it seems like the tires are trying to turn when i pull the starter is this the slipper clutch or what could be causing this? I'm new to all this so any help will be greatly appreciated

The clutch bell should not turn at all when you pull the pull start so it is not your slipper. Something is going wrong with your clutch bell shoes/springs or possibly your clutch bell bearing.

Oops. Rolex is a tad faster today. He must have installed LiPo's in his walker.

These engines use centrifugal clutches. Same as on go karts and mini bikes. Under the clutch bell(little gear attached to the engine that meshes with the big gear that's attached to the tranny), there's 2 shoes with a spring wrapped around them. The shoes and/or the spring is the problem. Give the inside of the bell a few swipes with some fine grit sand paper to remove glazing before reassembling. Same for the shoes if you reuse them. Use blue locktite(removable) on any metal to metal screws/nuts as well when you reassemble.

Ok thanks everyone ill take it all apart and clean it and see what it does thnks for all the help

You'll be able to see the problem right away once the bell is slid off. Be careful not to lose the e clip!!!:) Pay attention to where the shims are as well. You want just a "tick" of play in the bell. Any slop or grit in the bearings means that they need replaced too.
