tire/wheel questions

Hey guys, I've never had an nitro rc car before, but I'm leaning towards getting the new revo. My questions have to do with wheels and tires (why worry about that when i dont have the car yet, i DO NOT know). First of all, what are hex sizes? and what wheels/tires will fit the revo?

The older 2.5R Revo's and the ERevo come with 14mm hex. All the current 3.3 Revo's come with 17mm hex.

Any monster truck tire/wheel combo using the proper hex size for your rig will work.

so what if i want to buy them separate? How do i know which tires will fit which wheels to where they fit my revo like the stock ones?

you need to know the size before you get the tires and wheels,tires dont come off very easy and the traxxas tires are good unless u want race tires

oh and they are sized when u buy the wheels if they are 3.8 buy 3.8 tires
