Tire vibration, Foam Inserts

I'm having a lot of vibrations from the tires at high speeds. I remember reading a while back about taking the tires off the rims and using heavy ducked tape to line the inside of the tires to keep them from expanding.

Can anyone elaborate on this? Step by step... How do I reseal the beads to the rims?

i put duct tape on the inside of my tires on one of my T-maxx's and it actually worked quite well, as for the resealing just buy some tire glue from a hobby shop.....theres a vid on the forum somewhere that shows a great way to re glue tires back on wheels.
