Are you having unusually high temps? Or Do you just wanna know some tricks to make it run a few dagrees cooler? If thats the case, you could cut out some holes or even the full windshield to let more air through. Or cut out the grill. there are a ton of ways to let more air through. But thats the only trick I know.

Cut out some holes in the front/rear window:

you can buy a performance cooling head. i got one for my 3.3 and 2.5R. runs about 20-30* cooler than stock. and there not killer on the budget

I think we're trying to put a band aid on a broken neck here. The first thing that you need to do is properly tune the engine, like Candyman said. On a T-Maxx, when it's tuned right you should never have to cut a whole in the windshield to keep it cool. The monster truck bodies allow a lot of air to flow through, and I run my T-Maxx with no hole in the windshiled in 100+ degree weather and don't have a heat issue unless it's out of tune. Don't get me wrong, the windshield holes help, and it's a good idea, but I think first you should learn to tune it for the right operating temps and then cut the holes.

My Tmaxx Is Running At ABOUT 250 DEGREES And I Want To Find Away To Futher Cool It So I Can Get A Little More Out Of The 3.3 That I Have In It.

I run my 3.3 rich and it still has plenty of power, temps around 210*F. You don't want to get it too cool either. Your engine needs heat to run properly.

I have 40 Series Big Joes, tons of heavy upgrades, etc... and still run those temps while bashing.

Descent temps are a must. I would say don't go over 260 as a general. But some engines run their best at higher temps and some lower. I think it really depends. I would say that you're 250 is a great running temp.

There is a new product to solve heating problems, while keeping components safe!

I recently found out that a product that I invented called Rad's Screen Tape can be used to help the heating problems and still protect your inside components while looking professional and unique. An experienced racer purchased my product that is generally used for repairing Window Screens called Rad's Screen Tape. He emailed me back to let me know that he plans to use it by cutting out his windshield or back window and using the tape to cover the open area. Using this tape will keep the air flowing very easily while keeping the rocks and other debris out. It is a very durable product and comes in Silver or Black and works just like a roll of tape. It can be cut to any size length and made out of fiberglass material. He has shared pictures with me of several examples of cars and trucks that have had the holes cut in them and either are open to foreign material or using a piece of regular screen and duct tape which looks unsightly and takes away from the look of the vehicle. You can see the product and view a demonstration on www.screenfixer.com. Take care.

On cooler days my maxx runs perfect but once the temp gets over about 80F it is allways over heating. What tuning methods would I use.
