they get posted up for sale all the time over at hpibajaforum.com, but I've never heard of one not working. Everyone seems to fix them when they break, which is VERY rare. I haven't heard of anyone having to replace a motor cuz it was "worn out" they usually either blow them up by doing something stupid, or just do a minor rebuild if something goes wrong.
 
Yeah they are like little dirt bikes. yu can break the body but if you break hte engine, you drov 'er into the lake.
