well I'm on my fifth gallon of 30% fuel and motor has lost some power, and requires leaning it way too far to have any real power. I want a new motor, a aftermarket motor. Can someone tell me what is the best/fastest motor on the market and what all I will need ie. motor mounts, header, pipe, etc.

PiCCO P2 21
or the
Sirio 23

The Only two I have seen that drop in. Maybe the Os 18..MAYBE. But either the Picco or the sirio will do.

The Sirio I had for a bit and was a monster and didn't get to tune her in much. Just leaned the HSN a bit.

The Sirio comes with a headerand they offer an optional pipe as well. But you can use the Sirio Big Bore Pipe. Great combo.

5 gallons huh? Must be nice to have decent weather to run your rigs!

motor mounts are needed for big block power and Qoncepts, new era and traxxas make some. as for big block power, seems wasp .26, wasp .28, sirio .23 are the main contenders with the os .18tm being most popular drop-in replacement. the 18tm is said to be making 1.6hp but in reality closer to 1.9-2.0!

personally for bashingl when i need a new engine, wasp .26 it is for the power and torque it has. speed is nice, but really, when do you get the chance to get the revo up to 40+mph, not often unless your on the road or big land.

Qoncepts kit is said to keep the engine the lowest and is pretty complete.

4hp in a 9.4lb truck should make it really get-up-and-go.

I've gone 4 one hour sessions since break in on my original Quart of Top Fuel 20%. Guess I have along ways to go with that gallon of TF20% I bought!
