out of curiosity, not starting a flame here don t get me wrong i like that truck...
But in Europe , it s sold as MT4, thunder tiger... SO what s the deal i heard one saying Asso owns thunder tiger which I find hard to believe...
DId the just distribute the thunder tiger mT4 under asso name ?
KInda confusing ...

from what i have heard yes team associated does own thunder tiger...why would that be hard to beleive?..they both make good quality r/c's...and looking at pictures the mt4a and mgt do look very simillar...

weird . I don t get why they wouldn t release it under Asso name in Europe it would have had a much better impact. TG is a great brand but does not have the racing victories and the prestige of Asso. Here TG is considered cheap / good quality vs price stuff.
I almost bought an MGT and was all excited about Asso developping a monster truck, based on their previous models and experience in race, but when i figured out it was he MT4 I was pretty disapointed and felt somehow mislead if Thunder Tiger did the dev work and not asso.
Could be called MGT asso by TG or so, I dont know, something more clear about who made what in the deal.
NO doubt the MT4/MGT is indeed a great truck but if they are just distributing a product from Thunder Tiger isn t the same story as making their own from the scratch .
Dunno I have a bitter weird feeling about this ...
