Ok having no end of trouble with throttle mount. What's a good replacement for stock?

Are you referring to the part that mounts to the engine mount??
What engine are you running??
The best I have found so far is the tekno throttle linkage but it requires abit of fiddling to work with a picco but works sweet now

I went ahead and made my own throttle mount. Works way better than the stock setup.
I can now make the New Era style brackets that similar to that ^^^^. I'm working on a linkage kit too but that's still out a ways.

Running picco max. Ausher that's awesome, I popped a bearing in to replace the bushes but it's still a crap setup. Struggle to get full throttle, I tried rotating carby, that helped a little. Now it won't go back to idle properly no matter how I set it. It's about as smooth as a rusty chainsaw. Racer I'm lazy and incompetent and bloody busy! How much would you charge for one of your setups? Header piece works a treat btw.
