i'm not sure if is called a throttle arm but what i am talking about is the bar that connects to the servo horn to the carb. my problem is when i turn the brakes on full, the arm bends slightly. does it do this stock, or did i not put it back on right when i took the servo out. it doesen't bend that much, i guess it is more like a bow or flex. and it barly hits the plastic cover. is this going to be a problem, or is a slight bending normal.thanks

Mine bends a little, I would call it flexing rather than bending though. The more you put the brake on the more it bends/flexs so you might want to adjust your break to be a little loser but still actually grab the brake well enough to stop in a good amount of distance.

Find a piece of brass tubing at your local hardware store that has an inside diameter that is just big enough to slide over the throttle servo rod. This will get rid of the problem.

Hallo Roy,
I have this problem too. Can you be so kind and put here photo to show accurate how did you it mean?
Sorry for my english,
Thanks a lot, ByPS.

I have the same thing on my Revo, although I haven't thought much of it or tried it yet but if you are using a radio with end points I would guess you could adjust the throttle servo down.

yes I would adjust the radio so when the brakes are applied it doesn't bend the arm. Then if your breaks arent strong enough then tighten the screws that hold the brake pads to make them a little close or adjust the linkage.
