Does anyone know the size of the header mount screw? (The long skinny one that holds the header to the motor)

Its for a os .15

What header are you using? I use a 3mm x 30mm so I can put a locknut on the other side. This way my header never comes loose on its own.

Great choice! Thats the same header I am using. The 3x30mm will fit perfect with a 3mm locknut. What pipe are you using with it?

i have a ae pipe with it.. the screws and bolts work perfect.

But I also opened the whole to the exaust more... it increased the power...

I think he is talking about gasket matching the header to the engine..x

the part where you bolt it right up tot he block. I took my dremel to it and made it big... and now its got the power that it didnt have before.

i would take a pic but I dont feel like taking it off...

Ok, you match ported it to the gasket. Yes I do this to all my headers. Well worth the few extra minutes to do. Although the duratrax header is pretty close already, I like to remove any rough edges inside, then I polish it too.
