Ok, so I striped out the threads on my cooling head. Is there anything I can do to make sure the tiny bits do't wreck my engine?

Take the head off and swish some fresh nitro around in the cylinder. Pour it out and rinse with more nitro.

Yeap. After you swish it though make sure you rinse it out real good to get the shavings out completely.

Ok I will do that. Is this a mojor problem or do I just have a "crappy" cooling head?

Oh wait I just realized... You were the one who's cooling head had the chunk taken out? Chances are you should replace the head anyways... lol
