Anyone have any experience with this mill?
I was thinking of putting one in my
converted Maxx.....

I have a savage with a 24.7 in it and i like it better than the origional mill. I have run mine close to 300 all the time and it is still going strong, with at least 4 or 5 gallons run through it.

there is a 24.7 pro on ebay right now the pro is supposed to put out a bit more. I dont know how to add a link so past this to your browser

I was able to play with my freinds new 24-7 pro and damn this thing is strong and FAST!!! He pu it in his xterminator when the other 24-7 (not pro) blew. I tuned it for him and I was very impressed with the power it made. It was just as impressive as a Picco 26.

i have 3 xtm 24.7's. one in my savage..one in my t-maxx..and one in my xterminator buggy. in the savage compared to the s-25 that it came with the xtm 24.7 smokes it on low end power and actually makes the truck top out at a higher top speed. in the 10lb t-maxx the engine is jsut plain brutal. the engine is super easy to tune....the new ones with the big head run at about 215 degress all day making mad low end and good top end. i would say it is jsut as easy to tune and stays as well tuned as my OS .21 RG. on top of that the engines are very easy to break in..and i have yet to have one of my xtm's flame out or die on me. for 130$ brand new ( cheaper o ebay!) you will not find more power, reliability, and ease of use all in one package. trust me get one and you wont be dissapointed.

BTW i have heard the xtm 24.7 pro's hang neck and neck with a picco .26, but is much easier to tune and keep tuned.

i got the 24.7 in my converted maxx and i love it. has so much torque and speed it is insane. i just replaced my piston and sleeve that had 4 1/2 gallons on it, now i am working on my 2nd gallon on my new piston and sleeve. i got the older version and went and put the crazy nut head on mine. the sucker is so flippin big!!

i have have a 24 7 pro it is in a 21 conversion t maxx i love this mill i can pop a wheelie when ever i want . it will flip over from a dead stop

I have a 24.7 with the big head. its not the pro, but its strong more low end than anything I've seen for the price. I paid $75 on ebay for mine.
I've also seen the 24.7 pro in a monster gt and its stupid! He has an 18 tooth clutch bell and the stock spur and he spins half way down our 150ft straight. He paid 135 on ebay. I get longer run time then with my hyper 8 port. Impressive!
