Just thought I'd share. When my buddy gets here I'll throw up some pics of his Revo. It's a sweet rig. We just put on a RCS cage and a Sirio .23. The things rips! Anybody else got any shots of their dirty Savage?

haha, I'm sorry. but i like mine clean. I clean it after every day i drive it. It bugs me to have it to the point where it is muddy and I can't see the condition of parts...

Anyway, looks like a nice truck tho!

lol I hate it when it's dirty too. I never leave it like that and always do a full tear down after a bash like that to inspect parts and such. Here she is all clean again.

Mine is dirty as hell right now. Sorry no pics. If I don't break anything, it don't get tore down! Airhose is about it. After all, it isn't supposed to be a shelf queen! :hammer:

rex what throttle linkage is that you are using ??
just curious i just got my savy and looking for ways to make it better IF there is any lol

sorry, but to me, it seems like it would be a bit clumsy. But after you buy the $500 kit to convert it, what happens if you break a part? it would cost a lot of money to replace it, if you can find the right part...

but yea, that thing is H...U...G...E...!!!!

That because after buying the savage kit, then the conversion kit they couldn't afford to buy a hump pack!

Thats a custom made linkage setup. You can find lots of pics and info on it around here and on Savage Central too. It's pretty much just some Ofna sliders and the 2.5 Maxx linkage bent up and made to work. It eliminates the crappy HPi servo saver setup that comes on the Savage.

I keep mine in the house, they have to be clean. I don't like mud, fuel, and parts llaying around all over the place.
