So I took out my border-line shelf queen Savage today and was doing some running on the track we are building here on Okinawa. I was trying to clear the triple we have ....so I got back and hammered it down....I made it but buggered-up the landing. I should have hit the breaks a bit when it was in mid flight to level it back out but....yeah I didn't think about it until it was too late. It came down HARD on the tail and this is what happened......

That sucks ....looks like I will need some new shock towers. Damn. Well I guess it just happens right? :hehe: But on the bright side the shocks survived and the engine was not even scratched; so it could have been worse. Well... off to order parts I go!!!!

All I can say is DAMN!!!! that must have been a pretty had hit to cause that much damage...If those are FLM shock towers the have an extreme abuse warranty and will replace them for pretty much the cost of shipping unless that has changed recently...

Yeah it was a damn hard hit....but it still limped out the rest of the lap.....just not as fast and no more jumps. I wish they were FLM towers. They are an off brand I got on the bay a couple years back. I have some FLM going on order tonight though. It's all part of the game...you play and things ARE going to break.

Glad you got it off the shelf to love it:) I have an LST2 that is about queened up as well but I still take it to the BMX track 3-4 times a year and then wonder why I did it afterwards... but we don't build them to look at right Rolex?

nice carnage man!! you shoulda took the revo to. it would have laughed at that little bump!

have you ordered parts? i may have one.. i found some stuff, but it may or may not be revo.
