Yeah, they are linked to your account. Somtimes the codes won't work, but you may find one that does. Of course the general codes on their homepage should work for anybody. It's the one's that get emailed that don't work for everyone. If you put the code in & it doesn't work, you will get something saying that the code is only valid for the members who it was sent to. But it still never hurts to try.
