what fuel would you guys recomend using in a savage x 4.6 rtr cause I'm thinking about getting a nitro truck and this is one of my choices but I've never used a nitro before? Please answer if yall know.

Hey,
There are many posts about fuel just look them up,
But ill save u the trouble, i would get 20% Nitro you get good power and get a good engine life with it. I personally use SIDEWINDER nitro gas and i find it great to tune with.
Also if you want more power but dont care if ur engine lfe is shortened you can go with more nitro % but most people will use 20% Nitro.
Search Before you post tho...............
Good LK man
If u need more help with anything just PM me..

Well with my Savage X when it had the F4.1 engine I ran 20% for maybe a couple gallons because I didn't know any better. I asked about it and my LHS couldn't believe I was only running 20% and said it was night and day difference to run 30% so thats what I have been using for the past 6 or 7 gallons.
I liked both to be honest.

I run all my cars on 25%, with the exception of the .21 Ninja and my OS Vspeed. They run 30%. I have a Kyosho Fazer Pure Ten Audi with a .15 that runs 40% but thats because I'm trying to kill it.
Not having a lot of success though....

Currently running 25% Byron's in all my rigs. I have always had good luck with Byron's and have used both 20% and 25%. Both work great.
