The .410 shotgun shell glow ignitor cap

I discovered that a .410 shotgun shell fits perfectly over a glow ignitor, essentially acting as a dirt cap for the entire neck.

Excellent. It will also keep it from shorting out on anything if you've lost the plastic cap that comes with it.

The only issue I see is that if it's the clip on type you have to remove the slide to make it fit. But on all my ignitors they hold on to the glow plug just fine without the slide, so no issue there.

It's also nearly impossible to lose depending on the color. I've seen shells like this anywhere from orange to green.
