Axles came in today, a day early. I will install them when km off school ?
They are "Zoni" zinc coated hardened steel axles. A few guys on fb says they are quality so we will find out. $24 off eBay

Yeah there about 2 years old and dry rotted a bit lol. Saving for new off-road tires atm ?

Good job on removing the purple. I don't know why they do that color. I removed everything purple that came on a Savage I got a while back. Somehow it ended up costing me almost 2 grand because this is what it turned into. If you look real close you can see the purple gasket where the manifold meets the engine block. That and the rubber accordion on the carb is all that's left of the purple.

I honestly don't remember. That build was several years ago and took a couple of years. I'm not sure if I got it on line. If not, it was definitely from HobbyTown USA.

For sanyone wondering. This is my build list

And did a little run, was trying to improve my drifting skills that's why I'm deliberately getting sideways

Then I kissed a curb and bent some stuff up

I straightened everything back out in an hour, sure , straightening metal weakens it, but this stuff is subject to upgrades anyways and is Gunna get upgraded sooner than later

Went back out and got a 15min run in, then packed it up so I can preserve the tires for as long as possible lol.
