Hey all.

I wanted to send out a thanks to all of you.

I took my T-maxx out to Wickham Park today - a huge open park with lots of flat grassy area. At first it didn't want to cooperate, the truck kept coughing, sputtering, and cutting out on me. When I did get it to run it wouldn't accelerate, it'd hesitate, cough, sputter, then it wouldn't shift. I grew quite frustrated and then pulled in all the tidbits I've read on here about tuning and another thread where someone was having stalling issues and realized I needed to tune my truck. So.... no flathead screw driver available, a dime came in handy and I was able to tune the truck, first richening it way too much then trying again and finally getting it just right, tearing up the field.

What an adventure!

Sooooooooooooo..... Thanks guys and keep on Trucking and posting 'cuz I need the info :D

You need to get a tool box :) A dime I have a tool box then a box with all kinds of spare parts. Do you have a temp gauge? If you can get buy on a dime, the gods love :)

haha, yeah a dime, go figure!

No temp gauge, yet. I know I know... Slap me on the hand! lol. I have it written down so that I can't keep forgetting. And a tool box is a must, I realize that now :)

I want a spare parts kit, I have an extra glow plug, but I want extra set(s) of tires, muffler, all the bits and pieces. I'm such a procrastinator. But hey! I got the truck running :D
