Ant tool to test it as i cannot turn the flywheel on my friend AE RC10, but i can turn my flywheel with some efforts? Thanks.
 
If you can't turn the flywheel at all on an engine, compression is the least of your worries. If the engine is that bound up, there must be something going on inside. I'd recommend carefully taking the engine apart to see if something broke and lodged inside it.
