Decided to get my 3.3 revo ready to go for the season, and as typical with the trx engine it's being a pain to tune. I knew it was still at factory settings since all it had last year was a break in. So, when I started playing around with it I could get the idle down to a reasonable range, got it to idle nice and stable. I was able to get it to run well through 1st. Once it shifted to 2nd it would die off, or stall. Just couldnt seem to get the sweet spot.. if I leaned it anymore it got worse.. and the same with a richer tune. Not sure what I have going on with this one.. maybe I need fresher fuel. The stuff I have is about a year old. I had to call it quits though.. something wrong inside the clutch bell... maybe a broken spring. I think I will be upgrading to a better setup than the stock traxxas 2 shoe clutch. Anyone have any suggestions on what be wrong with my tune?

Take the carb apart soak it in a jar of fresh fuel blow everything out with compressed air put it back together i promiss it will run like new. From sitting the fuel gums up and blocks passages up.:D

Turns out that the fuel was stale. I dont care for monster fuel anyway. I got some O'Donnell 20% and now i can't keep the front on the ground :D

Trinity 3 shoe aluminum clutch, it's the only thing they make that's worth a $#!t.

Scratch that last post. I meant "Integy" not Trinity. Sorry
