Click to expand... HF has always been hit and miss for me. Guess it wouldn't be worth trying and letting us know how well it works out for you. Several of the guys here in town use the NuBee temp gun, for less then $20 it's hard to beat and a nice temp gun.

The one WoodiE mentioned is a great unit for the price.
