I am wanting to get a temp guage for my losi nt. I found the venom onboard temp guage on ebay for around 25 bucks. Does anyone use it?Has anyone tested it for accuracy? Also if i do get this one where should i mount it on my 3xnt? What should i use to mount it, Zip ties, velcro?

Robriguez use's it on his LD3 and works very well. He uses velcro I believe to mount it. He has a pic of it in his gallery.

I checked mine in a pot of boiling water and it comes within 3 degrees. Same as my RadioShack temp gun and my Craftsmen temp gun.

I mounted mine with a heavy duty velcro. I guess this one is used by nasau. Works great!

My favorite option on this onboard temp gauge by Venom is the High Temp recall. Takes the guesswork out of how your mill is performing ;)

Go for it!

Thanks guyes. I will order that as soon as possible. :classic:

Super... I just picked up one of those new micro temp guns that Atomik make or sells.... It is dead on accurate with several different setting strictly for R/C 'ers.. It was about 35 bucks... reall handy for race days.

You can pick one up at TempGun.com or Atomik.com.... usually they are out of stock at your local hobby stores... but they should have them
