Tech question

It basically will only spin when trying to start the engine via pullstart or rotostart. Spin ... spin ... spin but the motor will not be turning.
 
ok thank you very much what about going the other direction will it spin backwards are not
 
if its stripped it will not turn the motor over at all and no it only turns one way so it wont go in the other direction.
 
I think i have found the problem the output shaft is showing alot of wear. I am have ordred two of them and hopefully that will fix the problem.
