It's a wedge body.

The local dirt track racing 1:1 in this area refer to it as a late model body.

We have a local track that is a high banked oval...he uses that body on that track and the crowd pleaser when racing off-road.

I did not think late model bodies had an enclosed cockpit like that. To me it still looks like a funny car body.
