I haven't touched my TC5 since the last rebuild and now that my novak case is finally going to get here, i am looking it over again. It seems like the drivetrain is binding up a little due to the belts being tight. I am running a spool in the rear and a one way in the front. If i pull the spur, both axles spin freely but if i install it and connect the belts, it seems alot tighter than it should be. Any ideas?

Did you try to loosen them by adjusting the front and rear diff bearing cam holders?

that was going to be my next step. i just pulled the belts, lubed the spur bearings and made sure my alignment was right. which way do you rotate to loosen them? forward in the back and backward in the front>
