Hi,

What happened right before you noticed it stopped shifting? Did you hit anything? Did you hear anything pop, snap, or grind? If you have no idea or can't recall, best thing to do is to break out the old manual, tear it down, and rebuild it making sure nothing is caught inside. Good luck.

I've done that I've replaced every thing i just dont know how to adjust them to get it back in firstgear

thanx for the help

Try loosening the 2-speed clutch shoe positioning set screw out 1/4 turn (the centered one). You'll see it through the hole in the 2-speed housing.

Also, try loosening the spring tension set screw out 1/4 of a turn also (the angled one)

Adjust both sides equally.

I'm thinking though it may be stuck in 1st and won't shift, in which case reverse the adjustments.

thanx ill post up later how this worked

thank you
aaron

well it changes gears now but the rear wheels wont put power to the ground the front does it fine wat is it??

Hi there,

sounds like diff gears to me buddy....when they're stripped, you'll get uneven pwr distribution. Congrats on getting it back shifting correctly

thanks
ya i had to tune the motor as well it was way fat and wouldnt start half the time that was one of the problems

i checked the gears in the rear and they didnt look stripped but i dont know
