TC3 help plz?

I've just finished putting together the front left hub,and where the hinge pin is suppose to attach to the shock tower I believe, there is suppose to be this tiny screw that locks part of the left front a arm onto the shock tower I believe, it doesn't look like it will even make it through the a arm to attach to the shock tower, any advice, I don't want to not put it on,but it just doesn't look like it will go through the arm.

After you put the hinge pin in, there is a small screw that keeps the hinge pin from coming back out.

ahh, now it all makes sense, i was thinking that, but the way they have the diagram setup it looks as though they want it to go into the hole next to it. Thought that would make more sense since the other end is closed. Thank you for the info, I took a short break...(read got pissed) and walked away for a few. That and those little screws they have to hold bearings in place just tick me off haha.
