New York Tarmac Raceway?

Hi, I've been lookin for some local tracks and i found some place called like Tarmac R/c raceway in Poughkeepsie NY... r they in business...out....a good place to go to....Type of track(s)?????What's their deal....

the only Tarmac raceway I'm familiar with is out in Brooklyn NY located at Floyd Bennett Field.

It's an on road track fast but technical course layout.
