Used to be a die hard liquid mask guy. Been using tape mostly nowadays. Easier to cut and stick when using big hands.

I keep mine in bags to keep the edges clean. Clean edge reduces risk of bleeding.

Good idea, tape, especially sticker tape like Gorilla tape can end up with a ton of garbage stuck to the siders, then I have to go through with a separate piece of tape, sticking all the stuff off!
