thought i would start a thread about the tapatalk app,as i am curious about it and am sure others are too,also to share info on anyother cool apps that people use,is tapatalk worth buying?i use the forum alot on my phone and am wondering if tapatalk would make it easier/faster?

I definitely think it's worth! It makes viewing the forum alot easier.

When I have no wifi for my iPad, or don't have my work laptop with wireless card, I use tapatalk on my phone for four forums I frequent.

Is it automatic in the sense that once you have it, all forums that offer it automatically show up via tapatalk? Is it easy to switch right back to browser mode?

I have no issues going back and forth. Each forum has its own login. There is a search for different forums you can type into to find them.

I dont understand why i need or want to use tapatalk, i use my phone and have no problem with using it. Whats the difference?

It's just easier IMO to rotate between the different forums.

Tapatalk is better, IMO, on the mobile format because it is a lot more legible to me on the smaller phone screen. It also loads a bit quicker on 3G than the full site on a browser. I prefer using it on my Android phone when I'm on the go.

I always heard that Jeep was great out in the sticks, but their speed in the cities wasn't great...

Nah. Great in the city. The battery life is pretty bad though.
