u might be happy with it, i know a guy with a tlt but he never runs it cuz he has an axial. looks good though, congrats.

i just didnt have the funds to get an axial.. i traded for it..

May i ask "Why i might not like it?"

Lloyd probably is referring to the fact that it is less a crawler and more a scaler. It is going to do some limited rock climbing but is nowhere near a true crawler. JMO.

But it does look really cool!

i dont intend to do anything major.. just go over stuff in yard and in street

yeah exactly, its a nice rig and the axles are nice but its just a bit top heavy, not really a horrible thing though cuz theres ways to help get the weight lower...

so i can crawl right? its just gonna be real top heavy? i can put up with that if that is the case

Like I said--it will climb little stuff. Extreme stuff not so much.

It looks pretty set up, though. The battery appears to be on a tray pretty low in the chassis. That normally would be a problem if it were higher.

thats kool.. like i said, this is just for fun around yard and in street at car shows

yeah dude you can crawl, they do pretty good and look cool while doing it...just get a bunch of stick on wieghts and load up the wheels with em and that will help.

I'm sure it will be a great rig for just messin' around with. If you're not competing, all out performance doesn't matter at all. However, I hate Integy shocks. They're just not very smooth in my experience.

Thats a good looking rig, I have always liked the TLT's! You should have a blast with it and it should do pretty good as is for goofing around for a while. After you have had for a while (shouldn't take long) you will know if you like crawling or not. If you like it you will start looking for more performance out of it. The good news is that you have some nice parts to start with....Thats a lot more than I can say about my first crawler!

Looks good and for what your going to be using it for it will work just fine, and down the line if you want to make it a more capable crawler there are little things that can be done to make it that way. for now just have fun with it...
