The only problem with what he said is setting the mesh is done with the alignment holes. There is a slight bit of play to adjust it, but not much at all. On mine, it has countersunk holes, so the screws locate the motor. There is no movement whatsoever. Even the motor mount to the chassis is a snug fit. So you are at the mercy of the hole positions for your mesh. There are cheap China brand mounts that have a slot for the motor, but the Tamiya ones do not.
