Hi I'm lookin to buy a Tamiya Mini as I already drive nitro rc but need something for rainy days. What do you think of them and what are they worth now? Thanks.

I don't know much about the tamaya minis, but the Losi micro T rigs are great for indoors and can be picked up in nearly new condition for around $50 or brand new for $90.

Are you looking for an off road or Onroad? I have a RC18T that works great for indoors. The RC18 eries has an Onroad version the RC18R. I woud get a RC18T and make a rallly type car if I were you. That way you have the option of going back to a truck.

In the newest XRC mag, they get a mini from ABC Hobby and the body styles are just crazy retro cool. I love it. I would not go Mini T. I have had a couple and they jut do not handle the same way as an RC18 due to the RC18 is 4wd and the Mini T is 2wd

EDIT: THe ABC Hobby is labeled as a 1/10 but is closer to a 1/12th but not quite. Stillyou may want to to look at the Team Associated RC18 series.
