Ok, finnaly made it to a parking lot today for the first time. Really got to see what kind of speed the T3 has and wow! Of course, as you guys have told me, it will seem like nothing to me the more I do it.

My question is the turning radious at full speed really sucks, could it just be that it was skidding on the slightly icy surface or is there turning radious bad?

yep, just like a real car. The faster you travel the larger the turning radius due to loss of traction. slick condition have a major influence as well

So during a race I'm guessing your no where near full throttle?

well I'm don't have an on-road yet but I would assume that your not full throttle all the time. That wouldn't be challenging enough.

RCD, you're not at full throttle around the corners (most corners).....you slow down enough so that you can take the corner as fast as your truck is able to handle without losing control.

If you look at how the T3 is set up in the front, there's tons of caster. That means the steering axis at the front wheels leans waaaaaaay back. When you turn on asphalt with it, there's not much contact patch. Because that setup was meant more for dirt. When you're on dirt and turn, the tires lean but dig in. Almost like edges on skis. With such a little contact patch on asphalt, high speed turning will stink.
